For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 166bet website accessible at https://166bet.bio and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces operated by 166bet.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a player upon successful registration on the 166bet platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on the 166bet platform.
• "166bet", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of the 166bet platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a player on a sporting event or casino game through the platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a player's account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matching funds awarded to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn as real funds.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on 166bet. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 166bet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one account on the 166bet platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same IP address, or the same device — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 166bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets or withdrawals associated with them.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Any false or misleading information provided at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use is your sole responsibility.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 166bet platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 166bet makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3.1 Verification Obligation. 166bet is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making withdrawals. 166bet may also request verification before processing large deposits or at any other time at its reasonable discretion.

3.2 Documents Required. Acceptable identity verification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. Proof of address documents such as a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be required. All documents must be current, clearly legible, and unaltered.

3.3 Payment Method Verification. 166bet may request verification of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad transaction confirmation. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

3.4 Delays Due to Incomplete Verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 166bet is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that result from a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.

3.5 Right to Suspend Pending Verification. 166bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend account activity — including the placement of new bets — while a KYC review is in progress. Normal account activity will be restored promptly upon successful completion of the verification process.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 166bet accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard payments may also be accepted where technically available.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on 166bet is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to a player's 166bet balance within minutes of a confirmed transfer. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by 166bet during normal operational hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within one hour during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.5 Withdrawal to Originating Method. For anti-money laundering compliance, 166bet may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method from which a deposit originated. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on 166bet is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.7 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the account balance of a dormant account until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 166bet are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all bonus funds being voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 166bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, 166bet will honour the bonus for that player subject to the terms in place at the time of opt-in.

5.6 Bonus Abuse. 166bet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedged betting designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play. Where such patterns are detected, 166bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant account.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until 166bet has accepted it and a confirmation reference has been issued to the player. 166bet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Odds. All odds displayed on the 166bet platform are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds that apply to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted, not the odds that may have been displayed prior to submission.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned; an obvious pricing error is identified; the event outcome is already known at the time the bet is placed; or the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Void bets return the original stake to the player's account.

6.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the rules of the relevant sport and event. 166bet may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed after the outcome of a market has been determined — for example, after a goal has been scored — will be voided.

6.5 Maximum Payout. 166bet reserves the right to apply a maximum single-bet payout limit. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the player will receive the maximum payout amount rather than the full calculated return. Maximum payout limits are published in the relevant sport or event rules section of the platform.

6.6 Errors & Manifest Mistakes. In the event of a technical or human error resulting in an incorrectly priced market, 166bet reserves the right to void any bets placed on that market, irrespective of whether the bets have already been settled. Any funds credited to a player's account as a result of such an error are not withdrawable and will be reclaimed by 166bet.

7.1 Game Providers. Casino and live dealer games available on 166bet are supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider in addition to these Terms.

7.2 Random Number Generators. All non-live casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine game outcomes. RNG certification is maintained by the relevant game providers. 166bet does not control or influence the outcome of any RNG-governed game.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. 7.5 Malfunction Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 166bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider betting.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of, or in partnership with, another player in a coordinated manner designed to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 166bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing a third party to operate your account.

9.1 Suspension by 166bet. 166bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

9.2 Closure by 166bet. Following investigation, 166bet may permanently close an account found to be in breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full, including both real-money and bonus funds.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the 166bet support team at [email protected]. Where a voluntary closure request is made, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

9.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who close their account via the self-exclusion tool in the responsible gaming section agree that they may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering new accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

10.1 Commitment. 166bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their betting activity. 10.2 Available Tools. 13.1 Platform Availability. 166bet endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may temporarily render the platform unavailable. 166bet is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

13.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 166bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

13.3 Third-Party Games. 166bet is not the developer of the casino and live dealer games offered on the platform. Any defects, malfunctions, or errors in third-party games are the responsibility of the relevant game provider. 166bet will liaise with game providers on behalf of affected players but cannot guarantee any particular outcome from such representations.

13.4 Force Majeure. 166bet shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a force majeure event beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances, 166bet will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on players and to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

14.1 Right to Amend. 166bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment processing rules, bonus terms, or account closure procedures — 166bet will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the 166bet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you should cease using the platform and contact support to request voluntary account closure.

15.2 Complaint Process. 15.3 Good Faith Resolution. Both 166bet and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. The majority of issues raised by players are resolved at first contact with the support team without the need for escalation.

15.4 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
